We know what you’re thinking: My baby can’t even crawl yet, so why should we go to a gym? Well, there’s a lot going on inside those tiny heads. Everything that’s absorbed at this age lays the groundwork for overall functional development. The Learning Units of our proven curriculum are designed to help build the skills needed as children become mobile. And while your child discovers new movements, colors, and sounds with fascination and joy, you’ll discover new smile muscles you never knew you had.
It’s one small step for your little one, one giant leap towards the rest of both your lives. As your child becomes vertical, a wobbly world of wonder is revealed. Now your child is on the move, climbing and investigating everything in sight. The Little Gym provides a unique environment to meet other new explorers, build strength and develop coordination. Each new step and each new discovery will bring smiles of confidence to both your faces.
Forget about the “Terrible Twos!” We actually think this newfound energy is pretty terrific. Embrace your little one’s independence in an environment where your child can climb, roam, and safely explore. Structured Learning Units will provide opportunities to try new and wondrous feats while learning to take turns, share, and socialize. In fact, you’ll be so amazed with what your child has learned, “Terrific Twos” will start to have a pretty nice ring to it.
Whether some blankets have turned into capes or breakfast hasn’t magically landed on the floor, everything your child can do at this age certainly makes them super. So our Super Beast classes are structured to suit your toddler’s newfound independence. Each week, our Learning Units will have your child practicing physical skills while also focusing on listening, manners, patience and following directions. Each new lesson is an important step as you both prepare for the next big stage: Classes without parents.
While your child is having fun moving, climbing, running and tumbling, they will also learn important skills like following instructions, taking turns, sharing and cooperation. Our appropriately structured class offers your child the perfect learning environment with periods of focused instruction and opportunities to play, explore and express themselves as they develop the confidence to be in a class on their own!
Your child's confidence will soar as they experience the challenge and success of learning new gymnastics skills! Group activities, games and music will continue to enhance their listening and cooperation skills while making new friends.
With a heightened focus on gymnastics instruction, the Good Friend Program provides your child with a fun, focused learning environment that builds confidence and friendships and helps prepare your child for our Grade School Gymnastics Program.

Transformation. It’s a big word — and it’s a big promise that we’ll make for your child. At this stage, they are still developing confidence in their abilities. Divided by skill level, rather than age, beginner Flips/Hot Shots classes will allow your child to accelerate at their own pace. They’ll learn specific techniques that will improve their strength, balance, coordination, and agility. With a solid foundation of gymnastics skills, they'll confidently transition from “I’m-not-so-sure-about-this” to “Of-course-I-can-do-it!”
