Put your HEART into it!

Our Monthly Focus is Put your HEART into it with an emphasis on responsibility, helping others, and yourself!

How do we grow skills?

By using our 3-Dimensional Learning approach, each class provides specific objectives to develop the whole child.

The Little Gym is Serious Fun for all ages! We align our movement and music-based curriculum with the developmental milestones recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics to create an environment for children to learn, play, and grow. https://www.aap.org/

Monthly Objective:

Bugs (4 to 10 months)

This month we'll work on enhancing baby's movement and body awareness through parent-assisted movements, motions and rotations. Healthy bonds provide Bugs with the comfort of trying new things, independently, in the future.

Parent/Child (10 to 36 months)

In Parent/Child classes we'll be working on improving the child's sense of body and movement awareness through rolls, rotations, and inversion to partner up and build a strong foundation of body awareness. Love and support will help prepare our little ones for independently exploring new adventures with confidence.

Pre/K (3 to 6 years)

PreK students will develop leg strength and coordination through jumping skills on the Air Mat and springboard. Enhancing the children's awareness of their personal responsibility in keeping themselves, their home and the environment clean and healthy. Follow three steps commands, independent dressing, helping with household tasks.

Grade School (6 to 12 years)

Grade School students will be challenged to try their best when performing the Fitness Test activities? Through partner activities, our Grade school gymnasts will put their whole heart into taking ownership over their health, fitness level, and personal responsibilities. Expanding the care, they put into themselves, each other, and the world around us.
